Proposal writing has become an essential skill, an art and a craft that can be mastered with learning and consistent practice. A proposal is a vital marketing tool that helps cultivate an initial impression and sets the tone for the professional relationship. From providing information to persuading a prospect or client to adapt a solution, proposals are a critical part of the business cycle. Few people have been formally trained in how to develop and write a good proposal. Sadly, great solutions often fail to win because of poorly developed and written proposals. Before the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Briefing Form to determine their individual objectives for attending the course. These objectives will be used by the Tutor to give on-target training that is focused on the individual delegates.
At the end of the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Personal Development Plan that can be used as part of future appraisals, and that will also be an important tool for management reference.
