About the Programme
This programme is for people who are new to supervising, or who have not received formal Supervisory Skills training. It covers all the important challenges a supervisor will face in the workplace. Clear guidelines are given on each topic, together with comprehensive notes that form a very useful working manual. Practical exercises and case studies are used to teach the skills and techniques a successful supervisor needs to use in their everyday working environment.

Before the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Briefing Form to determine their individual objectives for attending the course. These objectives will be used by the tutor to give on-target training that is focused on the individual delegates.
At the end of the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Personal Development Plan that can be used as part of future appraisals and that will also be an important tool for management reference.
