About the Programme

Meetings are seen to be an important part of every business. Yet they are one of the biggest time wasters. Poorly planned, badly handled meetings cost hours of time that could be used more effectively. In the Gulf one of the main complaints of delegates on our Time Management programmes is - 'poorly planned', 'too long', 'badly run' meetings. Late attendance, no agenda, no prioritisation of items, poor chairmanship, etc., are all common complaints. This course provides all the essential skills for running effective meetings.

Before the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Briefing Form to determine their individual objectives for attending the course. These objectives will be used by the tutor to give on-target training that is focused on the individual delegates.

At the end of the course each delegate will be asked to complete a Personal Development Plan that can be used as part of future appraisals and that will also be an important tool for management reference.
