    During the course each delegate will be required to complete a major exercise worksheet which relates to dealing with the issue of a bridge. The exercise will relate to:

  • Identifying risks related to the current bridge
  • Event management related to the collapse of the current bridge
  • Recovery plan for the collapse of the current bridge
  • Identify risks related to the construction of the new bridge
  • Three higher order risks related to the new bridge construction and their treatment plans (recorded in a risk register) related to the construction of the new bridge
  • Event management and recovery plans should the new bridge collapse
